All BebeDIA items are handmade with care and made to order. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
Returns & Store Credits
We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused
- Unworn
- In its original condition
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Handmade Production Time
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your item to be made before it ships. Because each piece is handcrafted, production times may vary slightly.
Shipping Information
Shipping times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information.
Lost or Stolen Packages
BebeDIA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you live in an area considered high-risk, we strongly recommend requesting signature confirmation before placing your order. Please contact us in advance so we can assist with this option.
