Are your items handmade?
Yes. Every BebeDIA piece is handmade with care, making each item unique.
Do you accept custom orders?
Custom requests may be accepted depending on availability. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss details.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because items are made to order, cancellations or changes are not guaranteed once production has started. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Production Time
How long does it take to make my order?
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your item to be handmade before shipping.
Why does it take time?
Each piece is carefully crocheted by hand to ensure quality, comfort, and durability.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Once your item is completed, it will ship according to the shipping method you selected at checkout.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping applies only to shipping time and does not shorten production time.
Do you ship internationally?
If applicable, you can add:
“Yes, international shipping is available. Delivery times vary by location.”
Returns & Store Credit
Do you offer refunds?
No. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
Can I return an item?
Returns for store credit only are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition.
Lost or Stolen Packages
What if my package is lost or stolen?
BebeDIA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
Can I request signature confirmation?
Yes. If you live in a high-risk area, please contact us before placing your order to request signature confirmation.
Product Care
How do I care for my crocheted items?
We recommend gentle hand washing in cold water and laying flat to dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry unless stated otherwise.

What materials do you use?
We use soft, high-quality yarns selected for comfort and durability.
Are your plushies safe for babies?
Our plushies are designed with care. Adult supervision is always recommended, especially for infants.
